OOPS! Hope you had a safe and silver foxy fourth!

Silver Fox in a new city!  CHICAGO.  I was so excited to walk to this massive coffee bean. The reflection of the windy city on this SILVER sculpture was magnificent. My silver hair also reflected to shine like a rapid speed of light.  I’m not a coffee drinker and actually prefer tea but it didn’t matter.  Silver and shiny is how I like it!

Spring 2012 is around the corner and our first big snow storm has not even happened yet.  The seasons seem to be on a wacky merry-go-round.  Marc Jacobs of Louis Vuitton showed his Spring/Summer collection on a life-size carousel.  Off the white horses came the parade of Pastel Princesses.  The advertising campaign by Steven Meisel is soft and sweet, yet bold and graphic.  Pointy Metal Tips on the elegant shoes are parading around this soft toned town.  All I can say is REFRESHING.

The new cover of the Lady Gaga record brought me back into the classic 1974 David Bowie album “Diamond Dogs”.  He transforms into an animal.  On the new Lady Gaga, she transforms into a piece of machinery.  Bowie is classic rock and Gaga is going after a concept record that is classic and has longevity.  Only time will tell if Born This Way is a “Future Legend”.
