Who ever thought to bring this story of this all girl rock band to the screen is my kind of person! This movie stars two young up and coming actresses, Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning helping to recreate the story of Joan Jett and Cherie Currie. The movie is a great period piece. A slice of the 70’s with alot of Bowie, black leather, and rock n roll. These tough chicks are empowered and driven to make it in the “boys world of rock”. How refreshing!!

    I can’t wait! I LOVE me some Joan Jett. Kristin Stewart – eh but I’m in it for the story. I hope it’s the (cherry) bomb!

    I have always loved Joan Jett…… I LOVE ROCK-N-ROLL….PUT ANOTHER DIME IN THE JUKEBOX BABY…..I can’t wait to see her humble beginnings ! LOL !
